of an isolated hill with a wonderful
view over the surroundings and is
located just 5 minutes drive from
San
Miniato. From the property
it is very easy to reach the FI-PI-LI
highway to get to Pisa or Florence
in ½
hour.
The buildings have been recently restored
in traditional rural Tuscan style.
The large and comfortable swimming
pool is situated right on top
of the ridge among olive trees
and brooms. The country house is surrounded
by an old pinewood, the ideal
place for fresh walks, biking or
horseriding excursions in the
shade along pathways that lead to
vineyards and woody hills. Right next
to the property is a lake for angling.
